Celebrating 25 years of Teaching & Business
6th until 14th September 2024
Workshops & demonstrations, a competition as well as
a big reveal of a super Quilt Challenge on the last day!
Quilts hung around the town outside, in any shops,
churches & cafes that want to take part.
How to get involved-
Live or work in the town? Register a Quilt you or family member has made
& hang it outside or in a window for all to enjoy. Do you own an old quilt?
Let us know we’d love to show it off. No quilts?.. we will lend you one &
your business will go on the map! Quilters come from far & wide to admire
other quilts. The Re-use & the recycling of textiles has been the whole
purpose of Patchwork Quilts and is definitely nothing new
th mental health and the environment in the forefront of
everybody’s minds, we shall be celebrating Quilt making during
Bridport’s Quilt WalkAbout!. Quilt making can be a healthy
addition to your life, it enhances hand-eye coordination and fine
motor skills, a Sense of Purpose, gifting your Quilts to others can
reduce feelings of hopelessness and a sense of community.

shop & see whats going on. For All Events happening during the
